Overview: Paramedic, Piedmont Eastside Medical Center Full Time Days   Piedmont Eastside Medical Center- Emergency Dept ·        We are looking for positive, self-motivated, engaged and excited for growth individuals to join our team ·        38 bed Emergency Department that sees on average 160 patients a day that present with various acuities. ·        We are a primary Stroke and Stemi receiving facility that is able to intervene and administer thrombolytics. ·        Two helicopter pads on campus for utilization ·        We have 5 PODs in our department, depending on acuity, is where the patient will be assigned ·        Behavioral Health Pod ·        We have Charge nurses, ED Flow Coordinators, Paramedics, ED Techs, PCTs, Mental Health Technicians and Unit Secretaries who work in close collaboration with the ED Providers to provide exceptional care ·        All staff members must have a BLS to work in this unit...
