Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager Department: Retail Branch Reports To: AVP, Branch Manager FLSA Status: Full Time Non- Exempt Job Overview: The role of an Assistant Branch Manager is to assist the Branch Manager in managing and retaining current relationships and seeking new account opportunities. You will supervise all daily Branch operations and will be responsible for administration of all Branch procedures in accordance with the guidelines and objectives set by the Bank. The ABM will implement sales practices for the purpose of increasing internal sales and excellent service quality and encourage cross-selling and referrals by entire staff.
