The incumbent is responsible for handling and resolving in-person, telephonic or digital customer inquiries and/or concerns by providing patients/guarantors from both hospitals and physician practices with a consistent and seamless experience. The incumbent is also responsible for following up on and collecting pre-service, at-service or outstanding guarantor balances when required.
