Financial Analyst - Budget/Cost Accounting The Financial Analyst – Cost Accounting / Budget is responsible for preparing the cost accounting reports by utilizing, updating and maintaining the Hospital’s cost accounting computer systems, and supporting other functions of the budget department including the annual budget process and various monthly reports.
