Overview: The Surgical Services Business Administrator demonstrates excellent customer service performance in in that his/her attitude and actions are at all times consistent with the standards contained in the Vision, Mission and Values of Covenant, and the commitment to Extraordinary Care for Every Generation. The Surgical Services Business Administrator, in collaboration with the Surgical Services Managers, is responsible for planning, organizing and controlling all surgical services budgets, cost centers, materials resources and capital resources. This individual manages the support activities dealing with inventory control, purchasing of supplies/equipment and product evaluation. The Business Administrator also drafts fiscal policies and procedures for the surgical department.
