Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to support residential real estate lending from application through closing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mortgage loan processing within a bank or credit union environment, is highly knowledgeable in secondary market guidelines, and is comfortable working in a fully digital, paperless environment. Key Responsibilities Process residential real estate mortgage loans from application to closing in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Review and verify loan applications, credit reports, income documentation, appraisals, and title work Ensure loans meet secondary market guidelines, including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae requirements Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, attorneys, and third parties to obtain required documentation Prepare and submit complete loan files for underwriting and respond to...
