New Albany Parks and Recreation is seeking a strategic and collaborative Business Manager to lead the organization's human resources and financial operations.  This leadership role plays a key part in supporting staff, managing financial systems, and ensuring the organization operates efficiently and responsible. The Business Manager serves on the agency's leadership team and works closely with the Director to oversee budgeting, financial reporting, human resources, and administrative processes that support our growing parks and recreation services.
