The Mortgage Processor role is a critical position for the organization as it assists the organization in achieving sales, service, and operational goals. The position is responsible for processing first mortgage and home equity loan applications from initial submission through closing. This role ensures complete, accurate, and compliant loan files by collecting and reviewing documentation, ordering third-party services, and communicating with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and title companies.
