The function of this position is to: * Service, repair, and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, air distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, chillers, rooftop package units, energy management systems, temperature control systems, related piping and electrical. Be able to service and perform startup on equipment, and adjust to the manufacturers’ specifications. * Be able to troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise that would keep the equipment from functioning properly. * Effectively communicate to the client the issues and thoroughly explain the repair options. * Perform required documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, accurate readings, and observations. Have client sign electronic work orders.
