You will perform necessary work to make apartments move-in ready and work orders. The property is approx 200 unit affordable housing building and is looking to hire an All-around Handyman or experienced Technician ASAP! 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri $22-23/hour Responsibilities: Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking) Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches) Painting Drywall Patching Clean Up Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload #Indeed
