Overview: It is the responsibility of the Utility Porter employee to maintain the cleanliness of all public areas and back of the house areas to the highest standards of excellence. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).    Responsibilities: Sweep, vacuum, mop, wash and clean all debris from floor. Clean and sanitize all sinks, toilets and urinals using various chemicals as directed. Pick up any trash from the receptacles and/or off the floor and dispose of it properly. Pick up and dispose of properly all empty beer bottles and glasses. Clean, empty and wipe all ashtrays and replace missing ones. Clean slot machines, carousels and stools.
