Techs should have experience with the following: Hands plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, as well as garbage removal Ideally someone with affordable housing /REAC inspection experience but not required.   Pay rate of $22/hour with a s chedule is M-F 8-5 with an hour lunch   #toponehire

Responsibilities Installs, services, modifies, rebuilds, and repairs air-conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment in an industrial manufacturing setting in accordance with applicable building codes and safety regulations. Operate central plant equipment/systems (chillers, boilers, cooling towers, water treatment systems, air compressors, air handlers, pumps, etc.). Troubleshoot plumbing (as it relates to HVAC), electrical, HVAC issues, take proper corrective action.
