We have partnered with a 130-unit apartment complex in East Orange who is in need of extra help in the Maintenance Department to handle Maintenance Orders and Turnovers. Major Responsibilities Hands plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal Ideally someone with affordable housing/REAC inspection experience but not required.
