Citrus Flats is a brand-new 166-unit Tax Credit (LIHTC) community located in the east side of Santa Paula. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday. This position can be either on-site with apartment or off-site without apartment. SUMMARY The Property Manager plays a central role in the effective operation of our communities. The individual in this role will be responsible for staff supervision, regulatory compliance, leasing, and resident services.
