Overview About the Role Under the direction of the VP of Support Services, ensures the efficient and effective operation and maintenance of all physical and real properties and equipment of assigned facilities.  Administers and directs programs to manage building maintenance, grounds, and equipment, and to procure or generate utilities and their distribution within University Hospital’s facilities.  Also coordinates with project teams, construction and renovation programs.
