Overview: Under the direction of the General Manager / Director of Operations, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance within the assigned facility or facilities. Responsibilities: Ensures the safe, clean and efficient work environment which includes, but not limited to, Shop areas, operational areas and grounds. Assists in developing a program to train and motivate personnel for increased effectiveness. Ability to hire qualified employees to meet the facility’s needs. Conduct analysis of workload as compared to maintenance manpower and equipment; matches the skill and background of personnel to work required.
