POSITION OVERVIEW The Director of HRIS, Benefits & Compliance serves as a strategic leader within Human Resources, responsible for managing the digital infrastructure, employee benefit programs, and organizational compliance frameworks that support InVision Human Services’ mission. This role oversees the optimization of HR information systems, ensures the effective administration of benefits, and leads compliance initiatives that align with regulatory requirements and organizational values.
