Senior Director Human Resources Reports to: President and CEO Position Standards: Reporting to the APD CEO, this position partners directly with APD leadership and DH HR leadership and Centers of Expertise to develop and drive strategic HR initiatives in support of organizational goals and objectives (short- and long-term) and to improve the overall effectiveness of the operation and the HR function. At APD this role will include oversight of HR functions at APD Memorial Hospital and Clinics and APD Lifecare (comprised of Harvest Hill and the Woodlands).
