Overview: As a Regional Medical Director (RMD), you will lead Primary Care Medical Group offices across Michigan (8 locations), Illinois (1 office in Chicago) and Wisconsin (1 office in Milwaukee).   Physician Pod Leaders from the Medical Groups report to the RMD. The Director of Long Term Care (D/LTC) reports to Marla Bunker, Chief Operating Officer/CNO of WMH. He/she is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the 52 bed Long Term Care Department. Along with the Long Term Care Administrator, he/she is responsible for the development and implementation of policies, procedures, budgeting, quality reviews and continuing customer service improvement. The Director is responsible for all human resource and financial services of the LTC unit and integrating standards of professional nursing practice into the LTC facility.
