Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Set work priorities by reviewing performance to ensure effectiveness and alignment with department goals. Control expenses by developing a department budget, monitoring capital expenditures, and approving purchases. Communicate department goals and objectives to field supervisors, Project Managers, and support staff. Communicate department expectations to the project management team and evaluate and report on progress. Provide sales support as required.
