Overview: The Director is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the of all departments within Riverside Senior Life Communities (SLC), specifically the Estate Homes, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory care on Westwood (Kankakee) campus. The Director strives to achieve and maintain maximum occupancy of Westwood campus and meet the projected budget objectives for the organization.
