Overview: The Division Operations Administrator provides administrative and operational leadership and oversight for assigneddivisions in the Department of Surgery. This position has a dual reporting relationship to the Department Director andassigned Division Chief(s). The Division Operations Administrator provides day to day oversight for clinical operations andsupportive functions including efficient clinic workflows, managing staffing and resource allocations, optimizing patientaccess, patient experience and care coordination. In addition, the Division Operations Administrator will also support otheradministrative functions of the division including fiscal management, education administration, and research.
