SUMMARY Executes the company's Human Resources initiatives, by serving as the key contact for Human Resources with the region and partnering with restaurant management toward achieving goals. Manages employee relations concerns, internal investigations, legal compliance, and Human Resources related training activities for the assigned region. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Reports weekly HR activity for the region to HR clerk and processes activity changes in payroll system Reviews and analyzes HR reports and payroll reports for accuracy Reviews payroll reports to ensure all personnel changes were completed and sends necessary corrections to payroll prior to approval of payroll for the region Front line contact on all employee relations calls and employee visits for the region.
