About this Job: General Summary of Position The Director of Nursing for the Medical Surgical Renal Unit functions as the unit-level nurse leader, serving as a member of MedStar Health’s entity-based Division of Nursing (DON) leadership team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of one or more defined nursing units, overseeing patient care services, staff performance, and operational outcomes.
