Overview Under direction, the IST Analyst II (Report Writer) will be responsible for supporting the clinical reporting process and reporting needs. Duties include creating and modifying clinical reports, report writing training, issues troubleshooting, analytical assistance and fostering of best practice across system users. This person must be able to function under deadlines and may be subject to heavy workloads. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Three (3) plus years’ experience writing SQL statements and accessing relational database system. Experience with analytic business intelligence tools such as Crystal, Business Objects.
