Overview: Job Duties Works in collaboration with others to design and/or revise an education, training and development model that supports the clinical business goals and objectives for Ambulatory Services. Conducts comprehensive needs assessment and verification of clinical competence of nursing and clinical support staff. Responsible for development, review, revision and education of patient care policies and procedures. Partners with clinics to ensure regulatory compliance with patient care activities. Leads the development and maintains provider and staff education of the Event Reporting and Patient Experience systems.
