Job Summary:      The DRN role is a non-24/7 nursing role, that crosses all continuum of health care sites functioning in the role of expert clinician, educator, and nurse care manager for diabetes patients across the continuum of care.  In collaboration with the medical and ancillary staff, monitors the clinical care of patients and provides clinical support to improve patient care and outcomes, for both inpatient, outpatient, and across the continuum of care.
