Asphalt Superintendent – Cape Cod We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Superintendent to lead hot mix asphalt and concrete paving operations from start to finish. In this role, you’ll manage field crews, oversee production, ensure strict safety and quality standards, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on asphalt paving experience who can problem-solve on the fly, motivate teams, and keep projects on track.
