Clinical Support Representative DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION This role is a part of a multispecialty physician practice team, responsible for the successful completion of day-to-day tasks of the front office to ensure quality care and excellent customer service to our patients. The role works collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure timely and smooth office flow, always keeping the needs of the patient first. Duties will include, but not limited to, patient registration, scheduling, reception, collection of payments, appropriate triage of telephone calls and the ability to access and calmly diffuse potentially problematic situations.
