Customer Service Representative DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION The Customer Service Representative is responsible for incoming and outgoing phone calls for the Patient Accounting Department to facilitate the billing and collection of all self-pay patient accounts receivables. The fiscal aspects are from the initial billing of Self-Pay accounts, setting up payment arrangements and follow-up through final resolution of the accounts, including referral to Collection Agencies.
