Overview: Supervise and coordinate with employees from the hotel division, audits and maintenance of ancillary revenue and equipment, as well as completing assigned projects. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).    Responsibilities: Assist with employees from the hotel division with company issued devices and software. Oversee daily ancillary operations; guest service emails, service options, credit card authorizations, hiring process, etc. Handle guest/employee calls or text messages.
