Overview:
To supervise Casino Cashiers in all areas of the main cage. Assisting the Cage Manager in management situations, acting Cage Manager when Cage Manager is unavailable. Responsible for staffing the Casino Cage addressing customer disputes. Issuing and enforcing the policies and procedures. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities:
Supervise cashiers in areas of front line cashiering. Assist in training of new cashiers in all areas and handling all customer problems, special requests and credit extensions. Scheduling of cashiers in all areas performing large company bank deposits, and researching accounting historical information. Performs the duties of a cage cashier during low staffing periods.
