Hours 8:30am – 5pm – fully in office M-F Pay – $45-$55k    Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry of customer orders and related information. Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication. Support order tracking, issue resolution, and follow-up with internal departments. Assist with general office duties including filing, documentation, and reporting. Collaborate with the production and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations. Learn and use our ERP system (Styeline) to manage orders and inventory. Successfully work independently while also bringing a positive, team-focused attitude to support multiple departments as needed. Qualifications 2+ years  of experience in customer service or administrative support role. Proficiency in ERP systems (Styeline experience a plus but not required).
