Description: The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate collection of receivables. This role works closely with customers, operations leadership, route managers, and customer service teams to resolve billing and service-related issues that impact payment, while maintaining positive customer relationships and supporting company cash flow objectives.
