Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Shelton, CT
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $23/hr
Responsibilities:
Assist B2B callers and Sales Representatives with orders, billing, account questions and product information.
Assist International B2B customers with orders, shipments and information.
Enter orders received via phone, fax, email, iPad, EDI and web into SAP system.
Create new customer accounts into SAP system.
Perform account updates and membership checks.
Evaluate and process credit adjustments.
Communicate via phone or email with customers and employees.
Track orders, filing and miscellaneous duties as needed.
