Hours 9:00AM – 5:00PM – Fridays 8:00AM – 4:00PM  Pay $24.00 – $ 26.44 /hr – $50k – $55k  Responsibilities  Field calls , emails, and customer inquiries via software to process sales orders  Update CRM software with customer information ( Great Plains)  Provide customer shipping instructions and certificate of analysis ( document regarding product)  Be main liaison between customers and company  Requirements  3+ years of customer service experience – manufacturing / distribution a must  Excellent verbal / written abilities  Tech savy – majority of position requires technology  Great plains experience a plus but not a requirment  #zip
