Position: Customer Service Specialist Location: North Haven, CT Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm Pay: $21-$24/hr Responsibilities: Responsible for direct customer contact, by phone, fax, mail or electronic mail in all areas relating to inquiries, order entry and status, pricing, product availability, scheduling, delivery dates, packaging, shipping, and responding to customer questions. Process warranty transactions. Inform customers of current promotions and specials. Maintain sales records including invoices, credit information and shipping records.
