Information Technology Help Desk Analyst GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Information Technology Help Desk Analyst role is to provide support to end users and escalate tickets to tier 2/3 support. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level, which may involve troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
