The TMCS Community Care (TMCSCC) Fatherhood Support Coach plays a central role in recruiting, engaging, and supporting fathers throughout their participation in the iDAD Fatherhood Program. The role is primarily responsible for community outreach, participant engagement and community partnership building. The role is also responsible for delivering direct support, coaching and advocate services to participants in the iDAD Fatherhood program while managing essential program operations. This role includes administrative reporting, community outreach, case management and coordination, and facilitation of the iDAD fatherhood programming. The position will play a key role in engaging fathers, building community partnerships and ensuring quality program delivery.
