Lead Patient Services Representative Job Summary Reporting to the Sr. Administrative Assistant of Imaging Services, responsible for coordinating the administrative support activities related to the daily operations of the Media Room, Reading Room, Main Radiology Reception Desk, CT/US/IR Reception Desk, MRI Concord and Mammography Breast Health Center Reception Desk. The Lead PSR manages all Patient Service Representatives. Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma required. Coursework in business, healthcare administration, medical terminology, and management strongly preferred.
