Patient Service Representative The Patient Service Representative plays an integral role in providing excellent customer service to our patients. They are the "face" and initial contact with our patients and assure that appropriate information is obtained, and the exchange is a positive experience. The Patient Service Representative performs patient scheduling tasks and clerically supports physicians in the delivery of quality patient care by following established standards and procedures.
