Overview About the Role Assists in the management of personnel, their training, promotions, evaluations, and the disciplinary process. Assists in the management of maintenance functions such as Joint Commission and Department of Health readiness programs. Manages quality assessment and performance improvement programs for the Physical Plant department. Assists in the hospital’s construction projects including but not limited to, cost accountability, methods, coordination, and integration.
