Hours 7am-3:30pm Pay $23-$23 /hr  Responsibilities Responsibilities Quarantine and troubleshoot all line reject material and assemblies. Test and diagnose field returns by following the company’s warranty procedures. Maintain the warranty log database. Incoming inspection of selected purchased material. Random quality audit of residential oil burners to assess product quality. In-process production line inspection as necessary. First Article inspection of welding department parts prior to production startup. Make suggestions for efficiency or quality improvements to production processes. Recommend repairs or replacement to defective or worn assembly equipment. Utilize tools like calipers, gauges, micrometers, and electronic inspection equipment to measure and test products.
