Assistant Manager of Plant Operations Position Purpose: The Assistant Manager of Plant Operations supports the Manager of Plant Operations in overseeing the day-to-day operations of hospital and off-site facilities. This role provides direct supervision of maintenance staff, ensures safe and reliable operation of building systems, and supports compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation requirements. The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in daily operations, staff oversight, emergency response, and facility repairs across hospital and clinic locations. This position is limited to building repairs and operational support and does not include lease administration, rent billing, or tenant financial management.
