Experience in affordable housing/REAC inspection experience preferred but not required. Hands-on plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.   #toponehire
