We are working with a 400 unit apartment complex in Worcester who is in need of additional Maintenance help. Techs are responsible for Apartment Turnovers and General Maintenance orders Pay is $22/hour with a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri, on-call AS NEEDED. 2+ years of experience in general maintenance. Experience in affordable housing preferred. Plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair and electrical experience required. Emergency on-call rotation is required. SUMMARY:  The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functionality of the production machinery by monitoring and operating the machines to analyze results to ensure they meet company standards. They are also responsible for troubleshooting problems, performing repairs on all production machinery & auxiliary equipment, properly documenting work orders and communicating any related issues with equipment.
