The position is responsible for Apartment Turnovers and General maintenance orders.  Experience with heat pumps and appliances are a huge plus! Pay range of $24-27/hour and a schedule of 8am – 430pm Mon-Fri **This position requires the person to be ON-CALL EVERY OTHER WEEK. Carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and you!
