We are working with a small luxury living facility in Saratoga Springs who is looking for a Painter/Porter — basic experience cleaning and painting.  Must have a car to help with on-call and emergencies! Apartment Turnover Technician A Turnover Technician is responsible for all aspects related apartment turnovers and make readies, as well as the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, and parking lots. Support the maintenance and cleanliness of building hallways and common areas, such as the laundry/trash rooms daily. Monday-Friday 7AM – 4:30 PM. Pay rate is $20/hour, depending upon experience.
