We are working with a 400 unit apartment complex in Worcester who is in need of additional Maintenance help. Techs are responsible for Apartment Turnovers and General Maintenance orders Pay is $22/hour with a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri, on-call AS NEEDED. 2+ years of experience in general maintenance. Experience in affordable housing preferred. Plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair and electrical experience required. Emergency on-call rotation is required.
