We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our 400 unit affordable housing community in Syracuse!  Maintenance Manager – Syracuse Regular inspection of buildings and grounds. All noted deficiencies will be communicated to the Property Manager. Supervise and assist the Maintenance Technicians, providing direction and guidance; assigns all job work priorities, determining the extent of repaired and necessary corrective measures, with an explanation to the Maintenance Technician of their duties. Ensures the prompt and proper completion of maintenance and repairs on all apartments, then returns the completed service request forms to the Property Manager. Regularly inspects the grounds and public areas to assure that employees are performing their assigned duties in maintaining adequate property cleanliness and upkeep of all public areas and grounds....
